LANDSCAPING: HELPFUL INFORMATION

Lots considered "High Visibility" require an elevated landscape design. 

Plants must be native, water-conservative and climate zone appropriate

with a mix of deciduous and evergreen varieties. No more than 70% of plantings are permitted to be deciduous in areas that are street facing, or that may be viewed from the golf course or other amenities.
